Pleasant and comfortable hotel, we loved it.

The room was beautifully decorated with great clean amenities.

Though some of the staff were inconsiderate, I had a comfortable stay. The location was great and convenient, adjacent to shopping mall, and many restaurants, in a modern area.

Pleasant and absolutely great hotel located very close to all restaurants and shopping, areas of the parking lot, and a tournament. Outstanding food choices for breakfast. Immaculate & brand-new rooms with a kitchenette. Smooth check-in and painless check-out, incredibly nice staff.

Very comfy bed and nicely decorated rooms. The bathroom was large and the staff was really helpful. Comfortable and ideal location, short way from everywhere. Positioned 16 miles from the airport.

The breakfast is good hot, good food. Convenient and quiet location for visiting Blue Ash, it's really close to Blue Ash and Sharonville area, and areas of the parking lot. Extremely helpful and very professional staff as one would expect.

It was nice to have huge room with a magnificent view. The bathroom was clean, I liked that.

Everything was simply very good. Greatly enjoyed Blue Ash, the hotel was enchanting in the area where I 've stayed for cheaper. The location was magnificent for destinations I were going to. What's more, it was near the center of the wall, and all restaurants and shopping. The staff was attentive and provided great services.

The room at Mainstay Suites was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the full-size refrigerator and kitchen area, which made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel itself had a modern and attractive design, and it was located in a quiet area with easy access to major highways. Despite a slight issue with the toilet clogging, the maintenance staff responded quickly to resolve the problem. The hotel's staff were friendly, personable, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. I had a pleasant experience at Mainstay Suites and would recommend it to others.

The location turned out to be exceptionally nice and ideal. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a calm area.

The lady at the check-in desk was informative and helpful, offering great suggestions. Convenient location for pet owners, with easy access to dining and major highways.
